A Medical Noir RPG where the algorithm decides who lives and who dies.
You are Dr. Grant, a medical specialist trapped in the Waste Zones during the DOVIC-26 outbreak. While wealthy districts receive automated cures and infinite resources, your sector is being systematically de-prioritized.
Navigate 100 zones, stabilize critical patients, and survive long enough to uncover why the system is failing on purpose. Every decision costs Time Tokens. When a zone reaches Hazard Level 5, it's not rescued—it's SEALED.
Warning: Resources Limited • System Oversight Active
Every movement and major action costs Time Tokens. When you run out, the system declares your zone a failure. Manage your time wisely or watch patients die.
Each zone has a Hazard Level from 0-5. Environmental dangers, failed checks, and time pressure increase the hazard. At Level 5, the zone is permanently sealed.
Use ARP Credits to bypass lockdowns, buy priority equipment, or bribe the Systemic Overseer. In Krebsville, money doesn't buy happiness—it buys survival.
Save the patient or scavenge for supplies? Trust the automaton or take the risk? Every choice has consequences that ripple through the narrative.
Tech, Medical, and Social skill checks determine success or failure. Roll the dice and hope the system isn't rigged against you (spoiler: it is).
Darkness, static discharge, smoke inhalation—each zone has unique environmental hazards that affect your actions and visibility.

"In Krebsville, the clock is always ticking. The system is always watching. And equality was never part of the algorithm."
